Why we exist
At Lé Bloom, we believe a snack is energy. It's comfort. It's a little moment of joy passed between a happy mom and a happy child, between a tired colleague and a 4 pm crash, between a grandparent and the late-night cricket match.
We started Lé Bloom because we got tired of reading the back of snack packs and feeling cheated. Real food shouldn't need a chemistry degree to decode. So we made a snack we'd actually feed our own kids — clean, traditional, and quietly extraordinary.

What we make
Two ranges, one promise.
Swaroop — Premium Raw Makhana. Hand-picked fox-nut seeds, popped to that perfect snowy white. The traditional makhana your dadi made into kheer, your mum roasts in ghee, and the one your kitchen has been waiting for. Available in 100g and 200g household packs.
Gourmet — Roasted & Ready-to-Eat. Four bold flavours, slow-roasted in extra-virgin olive oil:
- Himalayan Pink Salt & Pepper — clean, calm, classic.
- Cream & Onion — creamy, herby, impossible to put down.
- Lemon, Mint & Pudina — chatpata in a good way.
- Magic Masala — bold Indian masala, the everyday hero.
Available in 20g (try-me), 50g (everyday), and 70g (snack-stash) packs.
How we make it
It starts in the lotus wetlands of Bihar, where our suppliers hand-pick the plumpest fox-nut seeds. We slow-pop them to that perfect airy crunch — the snowy-white kind your dadi swore by.
Then we slow-roast every batch in 100% extra-virgin olive oil. Never deep-fried. Never coated in palm oil shortcuts. The roast is patient, the crunch is honest, and the aroma is the kind that makes your colleague look up from their laptop.
We toss them in real, hand-mixed spices. No anti-caking agents in the masala. No artificial colours pretending to be flavour. Just the spice rack, the way it's supposed to be.
And we seal it nitrogen-fresh, so the bite you get on day 30 is the bite we packed on day 1.

Lé Bloom is manufactured and marketed by Javish Naturals Corporations — a small, very serious team of food people who've spent more time than they'd like to admit reading ingredient lists, arguing about oil temperatures, and tasting batches until the crunch is exactly right.
We're a D2C brand, which is a polite way of saying we ship Lé Bloom from our kitchen straight to yours. No middlemen. No mystery. No guesswork.
